Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Christ Growth mobile app, website, or related services (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may update these terms as new features launch, and continued use means you accept the updated version.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Each individual may maintain only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

Christ Growth was created to encourage spiritual growth rooted in Christian teaching. You agree that you will not:

• Post or share content that is hateful, racist, harassing, obscene, or hostile toward Christianity.
• Use the Service to promote political campaigns, misinformation, or commercial solicitations.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer our code, or interfere with other users.
• Create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or otherwise violate the trust of the community.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Christ Growth retains all rights to the app, branding, and original content. Limited, revocable license is granted to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Any user-generated content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. Please ensure that what you share does not violate others’ rights.

5. Paid Features

Some experiences may be offered as paid subscriptions or in-app purchases processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. All billing is handled by the respective platform, and their terms and refund policies apply. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to premium content may end.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, threatens the safety of the community, or uses the Service for illegal purposes. You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings or by reaching out to us. Upon termination we may retain necessary data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to provide accurate, encouraging content, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christ Growth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Contact
